• Managed Medicaid – HMO Blue, Monroe Plan, CDPHP, Fidelis. Unfortunately, we cannot bill to “Straight Medicaid”

• UBH, UnitedHealthCare (UHC), Optum
• Empire (NYS) – Value Options
• EAP Programs – Employee Network Inc. (ENI), ComPsych, ESI Employee Assistance Group, Military OneSource, Tricare. Must have prior approval.
• RMSCO (may require Doctor referral)
• MVP (Value Options)

If a client is without insurance and has low family income, a fee adjustment may be made using a discounted rate as funding permits.

We accept all major credit cards, cash, check, and Care Credit.

Residents and interns are on staff for those with financial difficulty. Please inquire as to their availability.

Payment and/or co-pay is expected at time of service.
