Some relationships may become abusive, either physically, emotionally, or both. This can occur at home, at school, or at work. It can be domestic, elder, or child abuse, bullying, or feeling violated. It can become difficult to know where to turn, or how to change the situation to reduce stress, fear, anxiety, and anger.
